Account deletion
Reviewer and Business accounts are separate, and each must be deleted from its own settings page.
Reviewer Account
Open Reviewer settings and choose Delete Reviewer Account. The private account profile, sign-in identities, and passkeys are removed or anonymised. Published reviews remain visible as content history and are attributed to “Guest user”.
Business Account
Open Business Account settings and choose Delete Business Account. The account, sign-in identities, and passkeys are removed. Managed business profiles become unclaimed; public business profiles, reviews, and public responses remain available.
Retention and assistance
Limited security, moderation, legal, and backup records may remain for the periods explained in the Privacy Policy. If you cannot access an account, contact Grahak so we can verify and assist with the request.
